When Esperanza goes to see Elenita the fortuneteller, she has a specific and very important question about her future. She doesn’t ask if she will be rich or marry a wealthy man, but instead asks about a house.
Imagine that you are going to visit a fortuneteller. If you could only ask one question, what specifically would you want to know? Explain why you chose this to be the most important question you need to have answered.

I wouldn't ask any questions because God has my life planned the way it's supposed to go, and I shouldn't have the power to mess with his doings.
If I went to a fortuneteller i wouldn't ask any questions because i don't want to know my future until I move on. I don't need to ask anything about my fortune.
Jordan, I agree with you who needs their life to be predicted.
I would ask if i will be succesful and making good choices in life. and staying out of the drug life

i wouldnt ask a witch or some other pyscho about my future because that stuff deals with devilish witchcraft and im religously against it.

jordan m, i agree with your statement because you would just take certain percautions leading to your real ultimate demise.

If I seen a fortuneteller I would ask him/her if i will be successful in life. the reason i ask this is because both of my parents never went to college.
I really wouldn't ask the fortune teller anything because I really don't believe in any of that stuff because, the fortune tellers only tell you what you want to here.

One specific question that I would ask if I went to a fortune teller would have to be if I am going to have a successful career when I get older, I would ask that because that way I know to either go for that job or have the decision that that is not the right job for me if she tells me that it won't be successful.
Aj that would be a great question to ask.
very good mario way to put your opinion in it.

I honestly don't know what I'd ask. I don't really believe in fortune telling. I believe in like, psychic mediums and such, yes, but not fortune telling.
i agree with jordan m
aj- i dont think you wold have to ask the fortune teller about what choices you make in life because you are the one who decides the choices you want in life.
Jordan I agree with you. You shouldn't need to get your life predicted.
Me either Rutger.
If I could ask any question I would ask if I was ever going to be a pro athlete or at least go to collage for one. I would ask that because it is my life dream to play a sport as a pro or at least in collage. I would want it to be either in basketball or tennis.
Medium,**** Not psychic medium.
i really don't think that those are real but if there was i still wouldn't go to to one. sorry
i think its great
Luis- that would be true because maybe some people dont want to know their future
Rutger isn't psychic medium the same thing as a fortune teller
i really wouldn't ask a question because i don't believe in what they do i think it is all fake and they just pick a card for instence and just tell you what is on it.
